Graphene
We produce low-layer graphene to order
Graphene
a two-dimensional allotropic modification of carbon formed by a layer of carbon atoms one atom thick, located in sp2 hybridization and connected to a hexagonal two-dimensional crystal lattice. Graphene can be represented as a single graphite plane separated from a bulk crystal.
Property
Graphene has a unique combination of properties:
- Exceptional strength and elasticity
- The highest mobility of charge carriers
- High electrical conductivity
- High current density
- Record thermal conductivity
- Highest specific surface area
- The thinnest known material
- Chemical stability
- Impermeability to gases
- Almost complete transparency
Results of Ramanspectroscopy
Analysis of Raman spectra of graphene flakes from a liquid reagent.
The reagent is distilled water.
The data were obtained in our laboratory on 01/26/2024.
